The ideal candidate is a player-coach with hands-on experience optimizing marketing automation technologies, lead management processes and data enrichment strategies while innovating within a rapidly evolving marketing technology landscape.Snowflake utilizes a hybrid work model, with 3 days a week in the San Mateo office.WHAT YOU'LL DO: Define Snowflake’s MarTech roadmap in partnership with marketing leaders, operationsteams, and ITServe as the subject matter expert for marketing automation (Marketo) and overseeMarTech integrations (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce)Manage and mentor a focused team of marketing operations specialists by creating aculture that empowers the team to become trusted strategic partnersDrive funnel technologies and associated processes to optimize conversation paths andimprove conversion ratesMaintain lead routing programs and supporting processesOversee the management and optimization of marketing automation tools ensuringcampaigns run smoothly, deliver personalized experiences, and align with businessgoalsOwn and drive execution of data management programs to ensure data quality andcompletenessDefine and maintain audience segmentations and requirements to support Snowflake’sbuyer journeyYOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations with 2+ years managing peopleMarketo Certified Expert (or equivalent experience)Salesforce Certified Admin (or equivalent experience)Strong understanding and technical proficiency with marketing automation workflows,integrations, and data managementExperience scaling lead routing, MQL models and account-based funnelsDemonstrated ability to innovate and drive new marketing strategies, particularly inareas like GenAI and product-led growthExcellent project management skills, with experience scoping, executing, and leadingcross-functional projects to successful completionStrong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and develop a team ofoperations specialistsExperience with LeanData, SQL, Snowflake, Workato, Adobe Experience Manager,Demandbase, Ringlead, Mutiny, and ZoomInfo are all a plusEvery Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
