Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.As a core member of our Client Integration team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Your Role: The role of a Client Integration Senior Vice President (SVP) involves leading/overseeing client integrations, conversions and strategic projects. The incumbent is responsible for the management of virtual teams tasked with project managing client integrations/conversions, and client transformations inclusive of people/technology. The SVP will be heavily involved in securing new business as well as manage existing client relationships and onboardings, will have a lead role in global or local initiatives interacting with other Citco global offices and technology groups. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services.  The role of the SVP involves working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. The SVP will play an integral role in leading the team in overseeing the success of the strategic and tactical initiatives in partnership with various business units’ senior leadership teams. The core skills required are having experience in leading teams for successful delivery of projects within a project management framework, demonstrating effective communication skills, having client-facing experience, and understanding the financial services business.  Project ManagementNew Client/Fund/Launches/ConversionsOnboarding of ancillary services and coordinate with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows meets client needs and captures any unique sets of requirementsCoordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project scope is documented, agreed and completed at planning phases, including meeting SLAs or documenting and planning changesActively participate in departmental and company-wide projects, and process improvement initiativesOversee and manage strategic initiatives within the Client Integration teamIdentify issues/concerns and recommend company-wide solutions for any/all high risk projectsAdministrative ReportingMIS Reporting and tracking of projects, progress, status, and deadlinesActively manage operational risk – monthly reporting on status reports and key development issues to external clients and executive management teamEnsure strong emphasis on escalation and complaints management within the team and within the departmentEnsure fluid execution and strategy for work forecasting and allocationManagementOversee the resolution of complex client issuesManagement of virtual teamsPipeline/Project/Resourcing managementOversight of Recruitment, training and development of staffReview departmental procedures and policies and help ensure adherence to these proceduresDetermine staffing and budgetary requirements for the teamSales PreparationParticipate in marketing and sales pitches; effectively demonstrate and communicate Citco’s workflows, best practices and technologies.Request for proposal/information assistanceStakeholder in the development of new clients/businessLeverage existing client relationship to secure new business, offering our products and servicesAbout You:You have a related degree or related professional qualification.  10+ years in the financial services industry5+ years of project management experience and client services experience within the asset management industry5+ years of people and resource management experienceProven knowledge of Private Equity, Real Assets, and Credit fund administrationAbility to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlinesDemonstrated Program and Project Management experienceAccounting and Middle Office experience is an asset Salary Range: USD 200,000 - 299,000Our BenefitsYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
