Job Summary:The IT Product Manager I will provide support to the IT Oracle business systems within the organization.Essential Functions:Responsible for process design, system configuration, testing, development specification and end user trainingParticipate in the design of a high-quality application architecture that meets organization’s business requirementsPrepare technical documents, action plans and design specifications and other solution documents as neededDevelop, train, and support an effective user and super-user communityAnalyze complex work processes for improvement opportunitiesAnticipate key business issues, and implement comprehensive recommendations and solutionsBuild relationships with key users and owners across the organization to facilitate buy-in and move initiatives successfully forwardCollaborate with business and colleagues to design solutions and interfaces that align with business initiativesInterface with cross functional teams and end users at multiple sites for requirements gathering, data mapping, testing and verification, user training, and to communicate project statusProvide support for project planning, implementation and training for new applications and upgradesBe available for occasional weekend and off hours on call support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activitiesAny other task assigned by supervisor or managementMinimum Qualifications:5+ years Oracle EBS Release 11i or 12 in experience in an application support or consulting role; Full cycle Oracle EBS implementation or major upgrade experienceKnowledge: Knowledge of software maintenance lifecyclesStrong knowledge of Oracle and other enterprise class applicationsStrong understanding of IT business systems and needs Skills/Abilities:Proficient in Systems Development Life Cycle;Expert ability to setup and integrate points of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modulesStrong track record of meeting business development targets and developing thought leadership materialsProven leadership ability, including demonstrated ability to consult with functional leaders and other IT product analysts and administrators.Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas: IT Strategic Planning, Enterprise Architecture, and IT GovernanceExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated time management skillsStrong customer service skillsEducation/Certification: BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
