We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.About The Team:The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team through complex product development efforts from conception to manufacturing transfer and Launch. They will oversee the organization, execution and completion of specific project goals. This includes setting deadlines, communicating with company executives about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements. A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Project Manager:Collaborate with the key stakeholders and leadership team to define, manage and own project scope. Develop and manage the detailed project schedule. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and dependencies.Understand and communicate how project goals fit into broader organizational goals and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly.Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk register.Partner with cross-functional managers to assign cross functional project resources. Provide direct feedback to functional managers.Develop and execute communications management plan for project team, key stakeholders, and business leadersWork closely with R&D, Mfg, Product Management, Marketing, and Clinical teams to analyze and make appropriate tradeoffs between product features, customer needs/requirements, manufacturability, and cost.Work closely with NPI counterparts to ensure prototypes, supplier and manufacturing activities are scheduled and tracked appropriatelyWork closely with Design, Systems, Mfg, Regulatory, Quality and ensure design control and quality systems processes are followed per relevant procedures. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position's total compensation package.California Pay Range$120,000—$180,000 USDNoah Medical may offer remote, hybrid, or onsite work arrangements within the state of California depending on the specific team and/or role where applicable.
