We are looking for talented, motivated and ambitious team members to revolutionize robotic surgery.About The Team:The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team through complex product development efforts from conception to manufacturing transfer and Launch. They will oversee  the organization, execution and completion of specific project goals. This includes setting deadlines, communicating with company executives about the state of the project, ensuring projects stay on track and adjusting if necessary to meet new requirements. We are looking for a highly motivated, independent-thinking, and passionate individual who is eager to take ownership and to contribute to revolutionizing the world of medical robotics while helping make Noah a great place to work. A Day In The Life Of Our Sr. Project Manager:Collaborate with the key stakeholders and  leadership team to define, manage and own project scope.  Develop and manage the detailed project schedule.  Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and dependencies.Understand and communicate how project goals fit into broader organizational goals and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly.Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk register.Partner with cross-functional managers to assign cross functional project resources.   Provide direct feedback to functional managers.Develop and execute communications management plan for project team, key stakeholders, and business leadersWork closely with R&D, Mfg, Product Management, Marketing, and Clinical teams to analyze and make appropriate tradeoffs between product features, customer needs/requirements, manufacturability, and cost.Work closely with NPI counterparts to ensure prototypes, supplier and manufacturing activities are scheduled and tracked appropriatelyWork closely with Design, Systems, Mfg, Regulatory, Quality and ensure design control and quality systems processes are followed per relevant procedures. About You:5+ years of experience in the new product development environment in medical devices or similarly regulated fields.2+ years of project management experience in the new product development environmentB.S. in ME/EE/SW/Biomed, equivalent engineering discipline or any equivalent degree requiredM.S. in ME/EE/SW/Biomed or equivalent engineering discipline is preferredProven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross functional team environmentComfortable with all phases of the product development lifecycle including concept development, testing, design, implementation, verification, validation and manufacturing transferWilling to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful with the ability to drive to a solutionRequires knowledge of engineering, product strategy and business managementExperience launching disposable products preferred, including knowledge of shelf life, packaging, biocompatibility, and sterilizationUnderstanding of fundamentals of robotics preferredProficient with Microsoft Project and/or other project management toolsWorkplace Type: Hybrid Benefits & Perks (For Full Time Employees):Competitive SalaryComprehensive health insurance including Medical, Dental and Vision + HSA and FSA optionsEquity & Bonus ProgramLife Insurance (company paid & supplemental) and Disability insuranceMental health support through medical insurance programsLegal and Pet Insurance12+ paid holidays, 15-20 days of PTO + use-what-you-need sick daysPaid parental leaveIn-office snacks and beverages In-office lunch stipendLearning & Development Opportunities: On-demand online training and book reimbursementTeam building and company organized social and celebration eventsPay TransparencyThe Pay Range for this position is listed. Consistent with applicable laws, an employee's pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location of the posted role.
