Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.If this sounds like the kind of environment where you can thrive, keep reading!The National Security Sector technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics.Your greatest work is ahead!We are in search of an OSINT Enterprise Governance Training and Tradecraft (GT2) Team Lead (TL) to support the lead the day-to-day operations of the DIA/OSIC. The GT2 TL will serve as an open-source policy, strategic communications, tools, and training subject matter expert (SME) leading these facets of the contract staff's support to DIA/OSIC's OSINT production on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE). The Leidos OSINT Program consists of four main tasks: collecting and reporting, technical TCPED solutions/infrastructure, governance/training/tradecraft, and program management. As our GT2 TL, you will be providing leadership and management to our GT2 team who operate out of Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling AFB, Bethesda, MD; Reston, VA; Patrick Space Force Base, FL; and coordinate/collaborate with OSINT SMEs throughout the DoD and IC.Are you ready for your next career challenge? Join a team committed to a Mission!Responsibilities Include: The successful schedule, and performance of the GT2 TeamServe as a point of contact for Government Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs) and Leidos PMODirectly contribute to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activitiesEnsure proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the GT2 TeamDevelops and maintains SOPs to standardize GT2 processesEnforce compliance with DOSC, DoD and IC Policy and Instructions; specifically, compliance with DoDM 5240.01Oversee audits of key log files by trained specialistsSupport technical policy research and provide recommendations to the Government Program Management TeamAdvise and support the Defense Open-Source Council and subcommitteesProvides programmatic input considering operational prioritiesConduct technical assessment of existing and emerging technologiesSupport stakeholder training requirementsSupports Task Order leads overseeing the resolution of technical and management issues that adversely impact successful product deliveryAssist the Leidos PMO as needed, focused on identifying and supporting internal and external dependenciesClearance Required:Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI with Polygraph.Required Experience, Skills, and Education:Bachelor's degree with 12+ years' experience in OSINT or 10+ years of experience with master's degreeExperience in leading and managing OSINT Governance, Training and TradecraftManagement of teams accomplishing technically challenging workDemonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task executionPreferred Experience, Skills, and Education:Ability to work inclusively with people from many different disciplines and cultures with varying degrees of technical experienceExperience with working in a dynamically evolving environment as a member of a diverse, collaborative and often dispersed teamPMP or equivalent certificationExperience with DIA Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIR)Experience with the collection or analysis of open-source data on real world problemsExperience with both quantitative and qualitative analysis of communicationsExperience using methodologies or models to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and/or anomalies within large datasetsExperience with data normalizationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, work, and establish positive customer relationships in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentOriginal Posting Date:2024-12-26While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
