We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What You’ll Do:Manage warehouse operations, inventory management, and Inbound/outbound logisticsProvide strategic direction and technical expertise in architecting end-to-end warehousesolutions within the SAP S4 HANA framework that meets business objectivesConduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements and translate theminto SAP EWM processesDesign, configure and implement SAP EWM solutions according to businessrequirementsLead end-to-end deployment of SAP EWM, from initial planning through to post-go-livesupportDrive integration efforts between warehouse management and other key businessfunctions, including Manufacturing, QM (Quality Management), IM (InventoryManagement), Procure to Pay, and Finance, ensuring seamless data flow and processalignmentMonitor and optimize system performance and resolve any issues during the deploymentprocessCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure project timelines, deliverables, and budgetsare metDevelop project related documentation, functional design documents, functionalspecifications for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions,enhancements, and formsPerform regression testing, build test cases, execute test cases, and make changes toconfiguration and/or processes, as neededProvide post-deployment support and continuous improvement initiativesProvide comprehensive training and documentation for end-users, train end users for asmooth transitionCollaborate with Application Managed Services provider support team to quickly resolvecritical operational issues that impact business functionsWhat You Need:10+ years of experience in architecting SAP EWM solutionsBS in CS/IT or similar 2+ SAP Full Lifecycle Implementations from Blueprint to Go-LiveExtensive experience designing and configuring SAP EWM in S4HANA and itsintegration with the other Modules such as QM, MM-IM, PP/PEOAbility to navigate through ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentBonus Qualifications:Aerospace industry experienceExperience in implementing EDI/IDOCSAP Quality ManagementPlease note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualificationsAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
