Job Responsibilities:Reporting to the VP of IT & Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Director, Data Solutions Delivery is a key part of the IT leadership team, responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of data-driven solutions that support our business objectives. This position is responsible for providing enterprise-level vision and strategy for all data-driven solutions, including determination oforganization’s current data quality and maturity level, establishing enterprise standards, coordination of data assets across the organization, defining and governing the next generation of enterprise-level data, and analytics strategy. This position will also be responsible for organizing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards for data access, integration, maintenance, governance, dissemination and analysis.Role Accountabilities IncludeCultivate the Data Solution Delivery organization as the central team to develop, manage and scale all data solutions for JHHP.Lead and manage the Data Solutions Delivery team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and support to ensure highperformance and professional growth.Develop and implement data strategies that align with business goals and drive innovation.Collaborate across other IT and Business functions to help design solutions that address the business challenges.Proactively engage with senior leadership to align data solutions for strategic initiatives.Leverage AWS and Databricks platforms to design and deploy scalable and robust data solutions.Partner closely with the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACoE) to ensure data platforms support the needs of the organization.Collaborate with the ACoE on Enterprise Data Governance.Proactively develop partnerships with key external entities to augment internal skills, develop skills, as needed.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data solutions, including data integration, data platform builds for operational and analytical use,data security frameworks.Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data solutions and processes.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects. Directly responsible for thedata aspects of all projects.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and analytics.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance dataQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or relatedfield, required. Master's degree preferred. Requires 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related field, with atleast five (5) years in a leadership role. Five (5) or more years’ managing large capitalbudgets is required. Extensive experience with AWS and Databricks platforms is required.Strong experience with leveraging external labor arrangements is required. Experience withHEDIS data solutions and other regulatory data sets is required.PMI, MS Certifications preferred.Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, data warehousing, ETL processes, data modeling, and data governance in a healthcare payer domain. Understanding of FinOps for AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus. Strong Data Security expertise, including granular identity management implementations in data applications. Thorough understanding of data management and data governance principles, including cloud. Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations. Extensive expertise in government healthcare programs, including payer, provider, and life sciences.Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requires strong analytical and computational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Requires exemplary leadership skills to plan and direct the work of a diversified staff in various environments. Must be detail-oriented and highly focused on accuracy.Salary Range: Minimum $180,000 per year - Maximum $225,000 per year.
