Job Title: Data Analyst About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets, providing actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your work will directly influence key business strategies and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions. KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify improvement opportunities. Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis and respond to data requests as needed. Documentation: Document methodologies, processes, and findings for transparency and reproducibility. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python. Technical Skills: Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Strong understanding of relational databases and query optimization. Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Strong communication skills to convey insights to non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift). Experience with predictive modeling or machine learning techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Certification in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau Certified Professional).
