A furniture e-commerce business in Miami, FL, is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the company's day-to-day operations, oversee teams, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain and grow the infrastructure. The ideal candidate must have experience in e-commerce and be knowledgeable in managing multiple channels, including Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the company.
2. Oversee and motivate various teams to ensure smooth business operations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
4. Maintain and enhance the company's infrastructure to support growth.
5. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
8. Coordinate with multiple e-commerce channels such as Walmart, Wayfair, and Amazon.
9. Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external partners.
10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

1. Proven experience in e-commerce operations management.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
4. Knowledge of managing multiple e-commerce channels (Walmart, Wayfair, Amazon, etc.).
