AVP, Treasury Management Advisor

Responsible for coordinating and assisting with treasury management sales efforts with relationship managers and team members to acquire new business and strengthen existing client relationships. Maintains a thorough understanding of all treasury management products and services offered. Directly interface with the client CFO's, CEO's, Controllers, Treasurers & Accounting Staff.

Evaluate the client and conduct a consultative sales approach to determine their requirements and recommend solutions. Conduct meaningful discussions with clients around their critical issues and propose integrated treasury management solutions. Prepare and present competitor statement analysis.

This position as it relates to implementation includes "owning" the request for a new product set up, ensuring products are properly set up in accordance with published service level agreements, providing technical support to clients concerning product usage and functionality while ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct annual follow-up with the client to ensure the clients seamless transition and address ongoing needs.

Other responsibilities include proactively informing offices and clients of new products, enhancements and industry developments via monthly meetings, reviewing loan production offices portfolios to generate leads for merchant and reloadable credit cards products, developing marketing materials, leading special projects, and partnering with treasury management to represent the customer and influence project development strategies. Travel regularly to meet with clients and visit loan production offices.

This role demands a client focused, solution driven approach, emphasizing relationship building and strategic collaboration.

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
