Salary:
We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking Technical Architect to design, evaluate, and optimize IT architecture solutions across all business systems. This individual will proactively diagnose business needs, identify optimization opportunities, and integrate AI and other innovative technologies to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between business goals and technical capabilities.
Responsibility Areas:
- Design and deliver comprehensive architecture solutions to optimize business systems and processes across the organization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations to identify inefficiencies, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively develop and implement AI-driven solutions to address business needs and enhance decision-making.
- Create and maintain architectural blueprints and technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve system performance and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of architecture strategies and solutions.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating insights into architectural strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical architecture or similar roles, with a focus on business system optimization.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures across multiple systems.
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies, with hands-on experience integrating them into business operations.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems, enterprise applications, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-diagnose business needs and create effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with modern architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Relevant certifications in architecture or AI (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (e.g., BigQuery, Google AI, etc.).
- Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or inventory management systems.
Work Hours: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
