This is your chance to contribute to a sustainable future and join us as a Land Acquisition Specialist for Solar & BESS projects in the field for United States This position is in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities: Search for suitable properties and areas for Solar & BESS projects Identifying and contacting the owners of the sites as well as the relevant authorities and municipal representatives Represent the company in negotiations with municipalities and clients Scheduling and documenting appointments with properties and land brokers Participating in the development and conclusion of Lease/purchase agreements Building a local network and attending and organizing meetings Communication and coordination with project partners Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., renewable energy, engineering, business, or related discipline). 2-4 years’ experience within the renewable industry or utilities industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and relationship building. Proficiency in data management, budgeting, and contract review.
