Our client, an automotive supplier, is looking for a Sr. Employee Relations Specialist to join their team This is a direct hire role and onsite in White, GA. This is a 3rd shift opportunity. Responsibilities: manage employee relations issues provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures identify training and development needs provide recommendations to HR policies and procedures develop measures to increase employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience in HR experience in a manufacturing setting SHRM certification is preferred
