CTS is hiring a Construction Rental/Equipment Coordinator for an owner/operator refinery in Corpus Christi, TX No C2CNO H1B SponsorshipsNo 3rd PartiesUS Work Authorization Required Long-Term Contract The Construction Rental/Equipment Coordinator implements document/data management solutions with a primary focus on document control/records/equipment management for construction projects. Administers data/document management applications. Responsibilities: Processes one or more document types through all procedural steps in accordance with Project procedures and guidelines. Manage Equipment Rentals and Equipment Inventory Receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required. Enters data and produces reports. Works with other staff members as needed to develop and improve services. Provides assistance to users in capturing and locating electronic information. Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client and project requirements. Verifies retention requirements, arranges document cataloging, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of appropriate documents at time of project closeout. Serves as liaison between support group, home office and field personnel. Interfaces with groups inside and outside the organization. Qualifications: High School Diploma required, Junior College or Vocational education desired. General Contractor office management or engineering construction experience is preferred. 3 years in Document Control exp with field industrial exp. Familiar with, heavy construction equipment, rental agreements, some scheduling, Oil & Gas Chemical/Refinery exp (preferred). Demonstrated proficiency in data and records management, Effective verbal and written communication and listening skills. Strong proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, Visio, Powerpoint) TWIC Card Required
