Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal Bilingual Paralegal Seeking a well-tenured personal injury paralegal who is Bilingual in Spanish Experience with auto, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall highly preferred Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing case files, legal documents, and evidence. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts in both English and Spanish. Manage case calendars, deadlines, and filings to ensure compliance with court requirements. Assist in the preparation of trial materials, including exhibits and witness lists. Maintain accurate records and documentation of case progress. Conduct client intake interviews and gather necessary information. Coordinate medical records requests and follow up on outstanding documents. Provide support during depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed. Perform administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree or paralegal certification preferred. Minimum 4 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury law. Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Strong understanding of personal injury litigation processes and relevant laws. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
