Job Role: Scrum Master QA Automation Location: Cary, NC (On-Site) Job Type: Full time Salary: $120kbenefits. Experience: 9 Roles and responsibilities Technical Scrum Master (QA Automation Fineos Scrum Master) - Must have prior work experience as a Scrum Master / Scrum Lead / Release Lead on agile projects - Must have prior experience in Automation testing - Sound Technical background with proficiency in Java, Java Spring Boot, Microservices, JSON, REST Webservices, Databases like MongoDB or any other DB’s - Proven CI/CD (AKS/GitHub/BitBucket/UCD/SonarQube), Agile, DevOps/Lean experience to ensure that project adapts to digital platform ecosystem - Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or other design tools) along with AGILE management tools (Azure DevOps/JIRA) - Experience in BFSI Information technology or equivalent - Possesses mastery level understanding of standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices - Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles, including Agile development and testing - Demonstrated ability in applying automation for repeatable tasks - Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a must - Experience in large cross system, cross team initiatives - Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details as well as demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills and ability to establish strong relationships - Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to apply analysis to actionable insights - Well versed with product design and desire to improve the digital experience for customers - Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meeting - Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress - Maintain process documentation - Ensure the design team is practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility - Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs - Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders - Working with cross-functional teams for delivery - Mentoring Team
