Calibration Technician

Start By : January 13th Length of Assignment : Until April 30th Education Requirements : BSc in related field Position Overview : Our client is seeking Calibration Technician to perform a large volume of equipment calibrations as part of a sitewide effort. The role will require the calibration of up to 4,000 pieces of equipment, working with Blue Mountain Ram CMMS to track, document, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of various gauges and calibration/metrology tools such as micrometers, calipers, pressure gauges, temperature sensors, and force testers, as well as ensuring accuracy and precision across all calibrations. This role requires hands-on work with lab and production equipment, including mixers, blenders, tablet presses, encapsulators, and other pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, with a strong understanding of GMP standards and documentation requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a GMP environment preferably Key Skills : Equipment Calibration & Verification Proficient in Blue Mountain Ram CMMS GMP Knowledge Measurement Systems Analysis Pressure, Temperature, & Force Calibration Calibration Standards & Compliance Use of Calibration Tools (Micrometers, Calipers, Pressure Gauges, Temperature Sensors, Force Testers) Calibration Documentation & Reporting Calibration Procedure Development Equipment Lifecycle Management Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance Equipment Used : Tablet Presses Encapsulators Mixers Blenders Granulators Drying Ovens Compression Machines
