Key Responsibilities: System Support & Enhancement: Provide ongoing support for the Workday HCM suite, including modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and Learning. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and suggest system improvements or configuration changes. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and manage releases to ensure seamless and effective system operations. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with HR, payroll, and business teams to understand and document business needs and requirements for Workday configurations and customizations. Analyze business processes and propose solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for development and configuration. System Configuration & Optimization: Lead Workday configuration for various HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Monitor and optimize Workday system performance, ensuring smooth operations and system updates are properly managed. Provide data analysis and report development support for HR and business teams, utilizing Workday’s reporting tools and functionality.
