QA Java Engineer

QA Java Engineer Day 1 Onsite Sunnyvale, CA (Prefer local folks) Hybrid - 3 days onsite / week Long term contract Direct client opportunity No mid layer / No Implementation partners are Involved 5 years of strong developing tools and Automation & Testing experience on Web applications with a proven track record detecting and writing bug reports. Experience in testing API/Web Service and Web applications. Hands-on experience on Core Java, and experience with any of the following RestAssured, Playwright/Selenium Proficiency in Java/ Python, ReactJS/ NodeJS Solid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA processes. Experienced in developing test plans, building tools and test frameworks.JUnit, TestNg, Computer Science fundamentals and experience in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms. Exposure to testing in Java, SQL, Unix, Scala, NoSQL, and Web Services (Rest & SOAP) environments Programming experience with automation scripting/tools/tests harness (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, RestAssured, Appium). AWS Cloud knowledge is good to have.
