Role: Project Manager – ITSM (ServiceNow) Location: Remote Duration: 1 Year Contract Type: W2 or C2C Job Description: The Project Manager – ITSM (ServiceNow). We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development and rollout of a new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform using ServiceNow. This is a 6-month contract role focused on managing all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, training, and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM implementations and possess strong organizational and communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver on a defined project scope, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate and align with vendor project managers, internal CCC stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and integration. Monitor and report on project progress, addressing challenges, and identifying risks with actionable mitigation plans. Assist with change management initiatives to support project adoption and long-term success. Execute a comprehensive project plan, including detailed timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Oversee the integration of existing systems and ensure data migration accuracy. Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Oversee the testing and validation of the ServiceNow platform to ensure quality and functionality. Transition project deliverables to the operations and support teams. Serve as the primary point of contact between CCC and external vendors, ensuring vendor accountability and deliverable quality. Facilitate communication and alignment between IT and other CCC departments to meet project goals and requirements. Lead and participate in weekly meetings to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment with institutional priorities. Lead launch and testing plans for releases. Develop and implement a comprehensive project communication strategy to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholder review. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of the new ITSM platform. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience or certifications considered. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including ITSM implementations with demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) along with experience with data integration and migration with ITSM solutions. Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: PMP or similar project management certification. ITIL4 certification or working knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience managing training and change management initiatives Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic project environment.
