Sr Engineer - OmniChannel

Our client is seeking a Sr Engineer - OmniChannel to join their team. This role is an On-site, Direct-Hire position in Las Vegas, NV . Successful candidates excel at and enjoy: Integrating Voice, Email, SMS, Chat, and AI into a unified experience. Optimizing channel performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with IT and digital teams to ensure system compatibility and data synchronization. Escalate complex issues to management or subject matter experts. Contribute to the planning, implementation, and go-live support of Voice Services projects. Your previous experience includes: Associate's degree or equivalent experience Required licenses and certifications 5 years of experience in PBX/Avaya Communication Manager applications Proven expertise in cloud-based omnichannel solutions (e.g., Five9, NICE CX, TalkDesk) Hands-on experience with Avaya CM, System Manager, CS1K, and Oracle Session Border Controller Strong knowledge of Avaya Communication Manager components and troubleshooting techniques.
