Facility: Resolute Health Hospital Cross Credentialing Facilities: Christus Santa Rosa & Methodist Northeast Start date: Upon credentialing Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Length of shift: Flexible ; workweek guarantee available Types of cases: Plastics, Ortho, Urology, Gyn, General, robot general, Spine, GI. Blocks: spinal block, PENG , Adductor canal , iPACK , Brachial plexus and distal sciatic. Also occasionally TAP and PEC. No PEDS no cardiac. EMR System: EMR for CHRISTUS is Meditech but will be moving to Epic in April; Resolute is CERNER CRNA's Supervised: Independent Medical Malpractice Insurance provided
