Job Title: User Experience Designer Location: Atlanta, GA 30328 (Hybrid, 3 days in office) Working Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Flexible) Duration: 6 months with possible extension Pay Range: $70/hr to $75/hr Are you a talented UX Designer with a passion for designing impactful, user-centered digital experiences? We're looking for a professional with experience in UX or the digital industry to join our agile product team in Atlanta, GA . This hybrid role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, visually compelling, and highly functional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate within an Agile Product Team to design and position successful product experiences. Deliver best-in-class UI/UX designs, wireframes, interaction designs, prototypes, and visual design specifications. Translate business objectives, customer needs, and complex workflows into seamless user journeys and product experiences. Cultivate a deep understanding of user pain points and opportunities for improvement. Work in Agile/SCRUM development cycles to create competitive, functional, and user-focused digital products. Key Skills and Expertise: Interaction Design: Expertise in designing interactive products and services to align with client goals and needs. Visual Design: Strong focus on the aesthetics of a product, including typography, colors, and imagery. Product Thinking: Ability to develop valuable solutions by understanding the intersection of user needs, technology, and business goals. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Service Design, Experience Architecture, or related discipline (preferred). Experience: 3-5 years in UX or digital industry roles (non-academic) with at least one year of team leadership experience. Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma (primary), Sketch, InVision, or similar tools. Knowledge Areas: UX best practices, interactive design principles, information architecture, and visual systems. Design thinking processes and frameworks, including workshop facilitation and co-creation. Website architecture, web usability, and online business/marketing needs. Soft Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
