To pursue our growth in the USA, we are hiring a: Service and Parts Technician General objective of the role The Service and Parts Technician for Agricultural Sprayers is responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and inspecting agricultural sprayers to ensure their efficient and safe operation. This role also includes performing quality checks on incoming components and outgoing finished products to ensure compliance with company guidelines and expectations. Reporting lines and interactions This role will report to the Warehouse Manager in Pasco, Washington. This position will be working closely with the warehouse manager, logistics manager, and after-sales managers. Key Responsibilities • Inspection and Diagnosis o Perform detailed inspections on finished sprayer products to verify proper assembly, functionality and identify malfunctions or wear in mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. o Use diagnostic tools and software to assess the performance and calibration of sprayer nozzles, pumps, valves, and control systems. o Inspect incoming components and materials to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. o Document and report any defects or deviations found in incoming components or outgoing finished products. • Repairs and Maintenance o Conduct repairs on sprayer components, including nozzles, pumps, hoses, tanks, and booms. o Repair or replace hydraulic and electrical components such as actuators, wiring, and sensors. o Perform routine maintenance, such as lubrication, cleaning, and filter replacements. • Calibration and Testing o Calibrate sprayer systems to ensure accurate application rates and proper spray patterns. o Test sprayers post-repair or maintenance to confirm optimal functionality and performance. • Documentation and Reporting o Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and quality checks. o Generate reports detailing equipment conditions and repair recommendations. o Communicate findings and provide service updates to supervisors. Skills and Qualifications • Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, fluidic and electrical systems. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. • Experience in quality assurance processes, including incoming and outgoing inspections is required. • Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. • Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Spanish speaking a plus. • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment. • OSHA Forklift certification. • Passport required for international travel.
