Safety Manager

Safety Manager (High-Profile Construction Projects) The Safety Manager oversees safety, health, and environmental compliance across high-profile construction projects, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards. Responsibilities: Conduct site safety audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Partner with project teams and contractors to enforce safety programs. Investigate safety incidents and provide regulatory guidance (OSHA, DOT, EPA). Liaise with regulatory agencies and lead industry safety initiatives. Manage safety documentation, conduct training, and monitor regional safety performance. Travel within South Florida Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field; CSP or CHST certification required. 7–10 years of EH&S leadership experience, including construction safety. Knowledge of OSHA standards, cranes, critical lifts, excavations, and elevated work. Proficient in MS Office; experience with Intelex or Procore is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. This role ensures a safe and compliant work environment on high-profile projects.
