Senior Wafer Fabrication Engineering Manager Salem, NH 03079 - Onsite Our client seeks an experienced leader to manage and optimize a semi-automated wafer fabrication facility, oversee photodetector device fabrication, and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Manage wafer processing operations, including photolithography, optical coatings, chemical processing, and metallization. Develop and optimize processes, recipes, and device performance using advanced manufacturing technologies. Oversee cleanroom protocols, chemical safety, and operator training. Drive process innovation and facility upgrades to enhance quality and production capacity. Collaborate across departments and lead by company core values: integrity, respect, commitment, and adaptability. Qualifications: BS in Engineering or Physics; extensive semiconductor fabrication experience (III-V materials preferred). 8 years in semiconductor manufacturing management (optoelectronics ideal). Experience with ITAR regulations; Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
