Job Title: Technical BA with PLSQL Work Location: Irving, TX Job Description: The Business Analyst Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering validating communicating and coordinating requirements for Retail Products. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements analyze finalize and receive formal sign offs from approvers Translate requirements into Business Requirement Document Functional Requirement Document and Minor Development Document. Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams Analyse data to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teams. Work collaborates and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfil the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post implementation. Perform business and data analysis in development of requirements and in ongoing support of production applications Skills. Should have knowledge in Data Engineering skill. He/ She should be Tech BA having PLSQL. Required skills: 6-8 years of Business Data Analysis experience. Experience as a Techno Functional Analyst or similar role. Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile Waterfall and Scrum. Good understanding of regulatory guidelines under CCAR Basel II III and other Regulatory Reporting. Should have strong knowledge on implication changes required for Basel 3 compliance for large banks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Understanding of Retail wholesale banking products Cards Loans Mortgage commercial products. Advanced SQL knowledge. Prior experience on Oracle and Sybase is added advantage. Should have knowledge on Data Warehouse Concepts ETL process Ability to understand explain domain concepts to Developers Testers Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings. Mandatory Certificate: IIBA AAC, CCBA, CBAP or CSPO from Scrum Alliance mandatory as per policy for the project.
