Our client, a nationally recognised Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate to join its expanding Real Estate Practice Group in Miami. With a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal services in real estate matters, the firm offers an opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders, work on high-profile transactions, and contribute to a dynamic and growing national practice. Responsibilities: Represent clients in diverse real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing. Advise and support borrower-side finance transactions as a bonus skillset. Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents with precision and clarity. Provide strategic counsel to clients, helping them seize opportunities and navigate challenges in the real estate market. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys on large-scale and complex transactions across the country. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active admission to the Florida bar. 3 years of diverse real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, development, and leasing. A proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while demonstrating ambition and drive. A solid academic background and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
