An established, well-respected private nephrology practice in the Antelope Valley region of Los Angeles County for 37 years, is seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to meet the demands of one of the fastest growing regions in the state. Job Details: Full time, permanent position Competitive base salary on the first 2 years plus hospital on-call pay compensation Two-year partnership track Full medical, dental and vision benefits for the physician and family 28 days PTO (excluding weekends) for vacation and CME Relocation allowance CME allowance Malpractice and tail coverage Weekend Call Coverage is 1:3 for the first 2 years then 1:4 H1B visa sponsorship available Compensation Model : $240,000-$300,000 annually, sign on bonus, two-year partnership track; full medical, dental and vision benefits; and malpractice coverage.
