Restaurant General Manager

Their competitive compensation, growth plans, and employee-first culture make this a great time to join this organization Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (Commensurate with experience) 25% bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and much more Qualifications: 4 years of high-volume upscale restaurant management experience Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with ease Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Experience with Micros POS, Avero Slingshot, Coyle, Bevintel, ADP, and Hoteschedules is a big plus Local or willing to relocate to the Chicago market Responsibilities: Manage operational efficiency, quality of service, and guest satisfactory Interview, hire, train, and mentor all restaurant staff members Oversee financial planning, tracking, and forecasting Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding upcoming inspections, vendor deliveries, and high-profile guests Work with the social media and marketing team on upcoming advertising and branding If you want to drive your career to the next level, apply today
