We are seeking an Aircraft Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for all activities related to power supply system design(requirement, architecture including system safety design). Responsibilities: Responsible to support the development of electric system design concept using high voltage generator and high-energy density battery as well as low voltage electric system design for to support a new concept of urban air mobility Responsible to support the design for interface of High voltage and/or Low voltage electric system and flight control system development Responsible to electric load analysis for all aircraft system Responsible for the design, research and development of advanced new electric hardware technology application Responsible for wire and main power cables installation, minimizing the risk of wire damage to create/validate the installation standards for wire/cable installation. Responsible for systems requirements and certification reports Responsible for discussing Certification approach and Means of Compliance with Certification Authority Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, electric load analysis, integration and testing verification in either aerospace or aviation. 5 years of demonstrated experience specific to electrical hardware, cables and wiring and associated technologies, and managing system suppliers as the technical point of contact. Familiarity with FAA and EASA certification processes. In-depth and current knowledge of Part 23/25/33 regulatory requirements, including system development per ARP4754A and ARP4761. High voltage Electric Motor and Battery experience (800v) Low voltage Electric Flight Control Actuator, Battery and other system electric components experience Aircraft level electric load analysis experience Familiarity with Matlab/Simulink and CATIA. Familiarity with wiring diagram and harness drawing tool(e.g.Capital) Experience with Electromagnetic Simulation tools. Advanced skills with MS Package (word, excel, power point and project)
