Focus: Lead the engineering and maintenance departments, focusing on enhancing system reliability and operational efficiency. Develop and implement maintenance strategies and processes to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. Oversee the design and modification of equipment and systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with other department heads to align engineering strategies with company goals. Manage and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Skill Set: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. In-depth understanding of surface preparation, thermal processing, and tubular finishing technologies is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering projects and teams. Proven track record of creating and implementing performance enhancement initiatives within maintenance and asset management operations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficient in the use of engineering software and maintenance management systems.
