Structured Finance Manager Location: Houston, TX - Hybrid - 3 days in office Recharge Recruitment are supporting a growing solar developer to hire a Structured Finance Manager. The organization have significant backing and are part of a large European group who are focused on expanding their US presence. They have seen rapid growth and with an ambitious target need hungry individuals who understand the challenges when joining an organization in its infancy and enjoy an entrepreneurial environment. As a Structured Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the financial strategy and supporting project development and M&A activities. You'll be responsible for managing and structuring complex financial transactions, securing funding, and working closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities: Develop and structure complex financial transactions to support project development and execution. Secure funding through project finance, tax equity, and debt financing. Create and maintain detailed financial models to assess project viability and performance. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on financial strategies and objectives. Negotiate terms and agreements with investors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders. Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investment partners. Monitor and report on financial performance and project progress. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for potential projects. Provide strategic financial advice to senior management. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. The right person for the role: Proven experience in structured finance, ideally within the renewable energy sector. Previous experience in investment banking. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Experience with project finance, tax equity, and debt financing. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Package on offer: $130,000 - $160,000 Bonus 401k Healthcare, dental, vision Unlimited PTO
