Located in the vibrant Westchase area of Houston, this 100% on-site role offers the chance to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience Location: Westchase, Houston (On-site) MUST HAVES: Bank Reconciliation Inter-entity reconciliations Month-end close Experience with process implementation and controls Audit Prep Ability to work across multiple holding companies B.S. in Accounting What You'll Do: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) , ensuring timely and accurate processing Develop and implement processes and controls for financial accuracy Lead month-end close for multiple entities, ensuring smooth and timely financial reporting Manage bank reconciliations and inter-entity reconciliations Prepare journal entries for various financial activities Assist in preparing financial statements and meeting with senior accountants for review What You Bring: 3-5 years of accounting experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills Bachelor of Science in Accounting (minimum GPA of 3.2) Proficiency with Excel and experience in account analysis Experience with AP/AR , invoicing, and general ledger systems (Sage or QuickBooks preferred) If you're ready to bring your skills to a growing firm and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit for you Apply now to take the next step in your accounting career.
