Our thorough approach ensures the right solutions for owners, experts, designers, and property managers. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Lead Carpenter located in Honolulu, HI. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as carpentry work, utilizing power tools and hand tools, framing, and finish carpentry in construction projects. Qualifications Carpentry and Framing skills Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools Finish Carpentry expertise Ability to lead and supervise a team of carpenters Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job Certification or apprenticeship in Carpentry is a plus
