Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Brown & Brown is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Meridian, Idaho. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Service inbound calls, emails and daily tasks Process endorsement requests Quote new and/or renewal business with multiple carriers to find best value for clients Make coverage recommendations to customers and cross-sell and upsell when necessary Perform all clerical duties related to customer support Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients and carrier personnel to minimize the potential for errors and omissions claims Utilizing an electronic filing manager to maintain company compliance Attend training sessions, and courses to maintain up-to-date skills WHAT YOU’LL NEED: High school diploma or equivalent, required 6 months to 2 years of experience, required Property & Casualty License, preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required Experience with Agency Management Software, preferred Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills WHAT WE OFFER: Excellent growth and advancement opportunities Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan Tuition Reimbursement Student Loan Repayment Program
