Intellectual Property Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well regarded law firm in search of an IP Paralegal to join their firm This opportunity provides a variety of work within the Intellectual Property practice. Responsibilities: Handle international and domestic filings and communication with the USPTO Manage the docket, PCT filings, patent annuities Track payments and renewals, obtain certifications Prepare reports and inform clients on status of their case Conduct legal research and stay current on any policies and procedures regarding patent law Regularly correspond with clients and foreign counsel Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate is preferred BA Degree is preferred Prior experience in a law firm supporting IP Attorneys Prior experience with U.S. and Foreign patent matters Prior experience with PATTSY, Microsoft Office Suite, Innovation, LexisNexis is preferred Excellent communication skills High attention to detail and team player Excellent Compensation Package Equal Opportunity Employer Pay DOE
