Key Responsibilities Deliver IT support for LAN/WAN networks, telephony, PCs, laptops, and printers. Manage global information security, including backups, virus protection, and audits. Resolve help desk incidents and collaborate with global IT teams. Support end users and senior management in office and remote settings. Lead IT projects involving network installations, AV equipment, and corporate real estate activities. Oversee IT asset inventory, disaster recovery efforts, and computer room management. Participate in IT planning and business continuity programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or certification in IT or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in LAN/WAN and technical support.
