Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Sr. Consultant

3 years of relevant experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud- Implementation and Support projects . Strong understanding of US Payroll processing, integrations with Core HR, Absence, Compensation. Strong hands on experience in Fusion HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, DFF – Flex Fields configurations, Security Console, ESS Scheduler, Sandbox, Monthly patch application, testing etc. Identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner. Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience with implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR, Payroll and Compensation processes Ability to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, data migrations and reports related to Payroll Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Payroll batch loader. Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
