Microsoft 365 Administrator

POSITION DESCRIPTION PYA, a high-performing and privately-owned firm with a dynamic culture and strong national reputation, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, deploy and maintain our mobile device management (MDM) solutions and endpoint security policies. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, implement, customize, and operate Microsoft 365 solutions, including: Entra, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, Defender, Intune and related applications Implement and manage email communications through Exchange Online, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), data loss prevention policies (DLP), and conditional access policies for enhanced security Administer IAM using on-prem AD & Entra to ensure secure and efficient user access and RBAC Device and application, configuration, and deployment management for mobile devices, tablets, desk & laptops via Microsoft Intune to ensure compliance with corporate policy QUALIFICATIONS Technical Skills to Include: Microsoft Intune, mobile device management (MDM), and mobile application management (MAM) Office 365, Azure Active Directory / Entra, and conditional access policies Windows Autopilot, PowerShell Scripting Microsoft Defender, XDR, Cloud Workload protections, DLP policies Microsoft Exchange Online, Endpoint Configuration Management, 365 Cloud Solutions, SharePoint Online Experience working for a professional services firm, be client oriented with a desire to deliver high quality results Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills with superb written and verbal communication skills ABOUT PYA PYA is an independently owned, nationally recognized professional services firm with more than 40 years of service in accounting, tax, audit, and healthcare management consulting.
