As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and connecting Accounting & Finance professionals with career opportunities that align with their goals. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Networking: Build and maintain a pipeline of Accounting & Finance professionals, including CPAs, CFOs, Financial Analysts, Controllers, and other key roles. Engage in proactive outreach, leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events. Client Relationship Management: Develop strong partnerships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals. Consult with clients on market trends and advise on candidate selection strategies. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Provide feedback and recommendations to both clients and candidates to facilitate successful placements. Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and negotiating offers. Ensure a seamless experience for clients and candidates, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed placement goals, revenue targets, and client retention benchmarks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on Accounting & Finance roles. Strong knowledge of financial roles and industry requirements. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
