Key Responsibilities Client Representation: Advocate for clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial, ensuring a client-first approach. Case Strategy: Develop and execute case strategies that align with client goals while anticipating opposition tactics. Litigation Management: Handle a diverse caseload, overseeing all aspects of case development, discovery, and trial preparation. Drafting & Filing: Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements. Court Appearances: Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with the firm’s senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive case success. Qualifications Bar Admission: Active and in good standing in at least on jurisdiction, multiple jurisdictions preferred. Experience: 3 years of experience in litigation (personal injury preferred, property insurance highly preferred). Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
