Company Description McShane Yacht Sales is the Exclusive Authorized Dealer for Sea Fox Boats for Massachusetts, as well as Yamaha and Mercury Outboards. The company also offers Brokerage services for buying and selling of Used Boats. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager Marine at McShane Yacht Sales in Marshfield, MA. The Service Manager Marine will be responsible for overseeing marine operations, vessel operations, and operations management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications 10 Years Experience in the Marine Service Industry Yamaha and Mercury Outboard Experience Be able to lead and motivate an established team Experience in the Marine Industry and Maritime Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of boat maintenance and repair processes Experience in sales or brokerage of boats is a plus Certification in marine and boat operations is beneficial
