The Ford Agency is seeking a Tech focused Patent Agent for a DC-based law firm. This person will prepare patent applications and contribute technical expertise to litigation proceedings. This is a great role for a very detail-oriented and experience patent professional who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment and enjoys working with a close-knit team. Responsibilities Include: Preparation of patent applications Lend technical expertise to litigation proceedings Collaborate with team on strategy Qualifications Include: At least 3 years patent experience Familiarity with USPTO domestic and foreign practices Professional technical background in engineering, computer science, or physics Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
