We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a talented municipal water/wastewater team. This is a client-focused, hands-on role where you will combine your technical expertise with business development skills to deliver high-quality solutions. About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you'll network with clients to define and develop projects, build and lead high-performing teams, and oversee the successful delivery of water/wastewater engineering projects. You'll manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, scope, schedule, and budget are on point. What You'll Bring Education & Licensing : Bachelor's degree in civil, chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering and a current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas. Experience : 15 years in water/wastewater/reuse engineering design, including municipal project planning, design, and construction. Expertise : Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and a proven track record in the Houston area with municipal water/wastewater clients. Leadership : Ability to recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers while leading projects to successful outcomes. Business Development : Passion for building client relationships, developing proposals, and identifying new opportunities. Project Management : Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, and budgets with a focus on financial success. Expected Outcomes Support over $1M in new wastewater design projects annually. Manage $3M in annual design and construction projects. Build lasting client relationships through consistent engagement. Lead project teams to deliver on time, within scope, and on budget. Mentor and grow your team while maintaining technical excellence.
