Intervention Specialist

We’re Hiring an Intervention Specialist for SY 24-25 in Dayton, OH As an Intervention Specialist, you’ll provide individualized instruction, support, and resources to students with special needs, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a rewarding opportunity to collaborate with a team of educators, families, and administrators in fostering a supportive learning environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Foster a positive, growth-oriented classroom environment that encourages student engagement and development. Qualifications: Valid Intervention Specialist certification in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain). Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to develop creative and engaging instructional strategies.
