Department: Human Resources Reports To: Director of Human Resources Company Overview IFAB Corp is dedicated to manufacturing of steel and metal for a variety of industries. We are focused on growth and navigating the dynamic manufacturing landscape, seeking a dedicated HR Manager to support our turnaround initiatives and cultivate a positive workplace culture. Position Summary The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions with a focus on supporting company turnaround efforts in the manufacturing sector. This bilingual (Spanish and English) role requires expertise in general HR management, change management, leadership coaching, and learning & development to drive organizational success and employee growth. Key Responsibilities General HR Management: Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain HR policies. Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace environment. Turnaround Expertise: Develop and implement HR strategies to support business recovery and growth. Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with turnaround goals. Analyze workforce data to drive improvements. Change Management: Lead initiatives for smooth organizational transitions. Communicate changes effectively to all employees. Enhance employee engagement during periods of change. Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching to leaders to improve their management skills. Develop leadership development programs. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Learning and Development: Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness. Encourage a culture of continuous learning. Analytical Responsibilities: Utilize data analytics to inform HR strategies and decision-making. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership. HRIS Management: Maintain and optimize the HR Information System (HRIS) for efficient HR operations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS. Generate reports and analytics from HRIS to support business needs. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Experience: 5 years in HR management, preferably in manufacturing. Proven experience with turnaround companies and managing organizational change. Expertise in change management, leadership coaching, and learning & development. Skills: Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic and problem-solving mindset. Proficient with HRIS and related software.
