Creative Manager

Overview: Seeking a highly motivated and visionary Creative Manager to lead and support the development of all visual and written brand assets. This role will oversee the development and production of engaging campaigns, customer materials, and multimedia content while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. This role requires a dynamic professional with experience in concept development, content creation, and project management. Key Responsibilities:​ Brand & Messaging expert: Enforce brand guidelines across all channels to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.​ Concept Development: Generate innovative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials to captivate target audiences.​ Content Creation: Lead design and development of visual assets including photos, videos, graphics, multimedia content.​ Manage copywriting, design, social & digital marketing efforts. ​ Project Management: Manage the trafficking and delivery of all creative materials, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing objectives.​ Photography & Videography: Plan and execute photo and video shoots to highlight products and campaigns. Secure photo and video experts to execute tasks, including editing, etc. ​ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, sales, and customer support to execute cohesive campaigns.​ Vendor Coordination: Manage external vendors, photographers, videographers, and designers to deliver high-quality outputs.​ Qualifications: 3 Years in Creative Design and campaign development Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, etc.) Proven track record of successful content creating Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, related field. Skills: Expertise in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Strong copywriting and content creation abilities. Project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in photography and videography planning and execution. Ability to manage external vendors and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Competencies: Creative thinking and concept development expertise. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
