Full Time Job Description: NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Web Developer who is a strategic leader with expertise in building dynamic web applications and custom Power Apps solutions to streamline business processes. This position requires skills in designing, developing, and deploying responsive applications using modern web technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform. This individual should be proficient in low-code/no-code development, integrating with APIs, and creating automation workflows. They should be adept at collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver user-centric designs, and ensure seamless functionality. This role is located onsite in Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities: Support and maintain existing public-facing websites, custom web applications, Power Platform applications, and SharePoint Online collaboration sites. Design, develop, and deploy enhancements to existing systems and build new web and database applications using .NET, SQL Server, and Power Platform. Develop and enhance workflows, dashboards, document management capabilities, and collaboration tools using Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Power BI, Teams) and Box.com. Plan, document, and execute migrations of websites and applications to next-generation platforms, including Drupal 10 and SharePoint Online. Perform requirements gathering and business analysis for migration projects, working closely with stakeholders and content development teams. Manage the web environment architecture, modifications, and deployments to ensure maximum performance and uptime. Perform regular maintenance, including software and hardware patches, upgrades, and testing of new releases. Ensure security of web environments, monitor and address compliance risks, vulnerabilities, apply necessary updates, and comply with agency policies. Assist users with advanced troubleshooting and technical issues related to collaborative capabilities and web applications and provide ongoing training and support to end users for tools like SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and Box.com. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 7 years of experience in web design, digital media, or related fields, with a strong portfolio of high-impact web projects. Expert understanding of web design principles, user experience (UX), and search engine optimization (SEO). Extensive experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media management. Deep knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in web design. Exceptional proficiency in web design tools/software. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing design talent. Preferred: Advanced certification in Web Design, UX/UI, or Digital Marketing is a plus. Additional certifications in leadership or strategic web management are advantageous. Previous federal consulting experience. About Us: NetImpact Strategies Inc.
