As we continue to grow, we are searching for a hands-on and creative Paid Social Media Manager to develop and lead our paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Meta in support of our cutting-edge marketing efforts! Your primary responsibility will be to increase brand awareness, and engagement and make conversations while ensuring consistency of brand voice and messaging across all platforms. This position is all about crafting targeted, high-impact campaigns that align with our broader business goals and help our growth.

This role places you at the heart of our marketing team, where you ll have the chance to bring fresh, creative ideas and integrate social media strategy into our broader business initiatives. From content creation and community engagement to performance optimization, you ll play a vital role in shaping our brand by developing visually engaging, modern, and genuine content across digital, video, social media, and web platforms.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 / year DOE

Paid Social Media Manager Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for LinkedIn, Indeed, and Meta to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions
  • Align social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies and business goals
  • Plan and manage a content calendar that combines paid and organic efforts, maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels
Campaign Management:
  • Oversee paid social media campaigns, optimizing budgets and performance metrics
  • Analyze data continuously, adjusting campaign targeting, creative content, and budgets to maximize results
  • Develop and integrate cohesive paid and organic social strategies across platforms, reporting performance insights to key stakeholders
Content Creation & Execution:
  • Design engaging visual and video content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut
  • Schedule, post, and monitor social content, managing community interactions and brand engagement
  • Leverage Sprout Social or similar tools to manage social media activity, track metrics, and produce insightful reports
Collaboration & Support:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives align with broader business and marketing goals
  • Support recruitment and lead-generation efforts through strategic social media management
  • Contribute to broader marketing projects and support leadership with ad-hoc needs
Paid Social Media Manager Requirements:
  • 3+ years managing paid social media campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Meta
  • Proficiency with Sprout Social (or similar tools) for social media management and reporting
  • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut
  • Ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic adjustments
  • Additional experience in lead generation and recruitment marketing preferred
  • Familiarity with SEO practices to enhance organic reach preferred
